THERAPY

We all have times in our lives when things are tough and it's ok to reach out for help. It's my hope that I can help you make the change in your life that you want. I've worked for over a decade with men and women, working on issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.


I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who utilizes a person-centered approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and Mindfulness to center the methods around the needs of the individual to help them to achieve their goals.
